Symmetry reduction of vacuum Einstein equations with cosmological constant

We consider space-times with two commuting Killing vectors that are orthogonal
to a foliation by 2-dimensional leaves. We perform the symmetry reduction of
the vacuum Einstein equations with cosmological constant.
